Phenylacetylglutamine is a metabolite of phenylethylamine. It's the glutamine conjugate of phenylacetic acid produced in humans. Phenylacetic acid is the oxidation product of phenylethylamine when acted on by the enzyme monoamine oxidase found in humans.
