CYP2A6
Cytochrome P450 2A6 (abbreviated CYP2A6), is a member of the cytochrome P450 mixed-function oxidase system in humans.
CYP2A6 is expressed in the liver and accounts for approximately 4% of total hepatic CYP450.
CYP2A6 and CYP1A2 were found to be the most important P450 enzymes involved in 1'-hydroxylation of estragole (methyl chavicol).[6]
