1'-Hydroxyelemicin Glucuronide

1'-Hydroxyelemicin glucuronide is a metabolite of elemicin created from the intermediate metabolite 1'-hydroxyelemicin by the action of glucuronosyltransferase (UGT). The UGT enzymes UGT2B7 and UGT1A9 were found to perform this action on the related compound 1'-hydroxyestragole and are assumed to also carry out this action on 1'-hydroxyelemicin, but it's possible other UGT enzymes perform this action.
