1'-(Glutathion-S-yl)-Dihydrocinnamaldehyde

1'-(Glutathion-S-yl)-dihydrocinnamaldehyde is an adduct that forms spontaniously from mixing cinnamaldehyde and glutathione. No catalyst is needed.[2]
It occurs as an intermediate in the metabolism of cinnamaldehyde.[1]
